Very bad service In October 2016 my 2013 Soul started having intermittent engine skips or lack of spark to one or two cylinders. Initially I would turn the car off and In October 2016 my 2013 Soul started having intermittent engine skips or lack of spark to one or two cylinders. Initially I would turn the car off and then start it and problem solved. Eventually it was happening more and more. I brought the car in to get it checked out. Two bad ignition coils not covered under warranty because it had over 60000 miles. $604.00 parts and labor. Two weeks later same problem. This time bad injector $560.00 1/2 mile away from the dealership same problem. They keep my car for five days and finally tell me all fixed chafed wire shorting out was the problem. I say what about the other parts you made pay for oh those were bad also! Major scam artist do not bring your car there for service!!! More
Deceptive Service Department I went in to have an oil change and state inspection. The service department representative came to me with a list of things that he recommends and th I went in to have an oil change and state inspection. The service department representative came to me with a list of things that he recommends and that my car has failed the state inspection because my rear brakes and rotors needed to be changed. I made it clear to him to just change the oil and air filter ($39.95 for oil change and $47 for the engine filter). Fast forward to checking out, my grand total comes out to $390, I'm totally confused at this point, he claims that he told me that I would have to change my back brakes and rotors in order to pass, it's Nov, my inspection is due by the end of Dec, meaning I have time to shop around for better prices. I'm so incredibly pissed off, I made it clear that I only wanted the oil and engine air filter done, I wanted the opportunity to check with other auto repair shops, but he completely denied me that opportunity to shop around to make an informed decision on who and where I will get my brakes changed with. I won't come back to this service department. Completely deceptive, offer free state inspection and hook you into paying for repairs you probably don't need in order to pass inspection and not given the opportunity to get a second opinion. Unacceptable. More

We have all of our regular service performed here at Marshall Avenue in Williston. They have bent over backwards to ensure we are satisfied customers and we find that very refreshing. The have consistently gone the extra mile for us and we appreciate that greatly. We have dealt with Dedrick Casab (sales manager) and Austin Hemingway (service advisor) and both are awesome! More
This place is horrible! I bought my Sedona used on June 8. Here it is 5 months later and my head gasket is gone. I cannot afford the repairs and they are only willing to go 50/50 with me plus I would need to pay towing charges to bring it up to Burlington. I was told we had signed off on the extended warranty, which I guess we must have but we were never told we could buy one just that we needed the stupid GAP insurance that I will most likely never use. These people are worthless, customer service is not what they stand for more like line their pockets. They do NOT care about their customers at ALL! They are good at covering up but eventually someone will sue their sorry worthless butts! More
