I was greeted by one of your employees while I was still looking for parking outside in the parking lot of Nissan. Turns out, he was the one that took car of me. Service experience this time around was excellent. However, this dealership remains highly suspect and traumatic to me as they knowingly sold me a lemon Rogue in 2021, complete with obvious and repeat However, this dealership remains highly suspect and traumatic to me as they knowingly sold me a lemon Rogue in 2021, complete with obvious and repeated misdiagnosis by the service department until the engine completely failed at 12,000 miles. Instead of proper compensation, I received a lesser vehicle than what I initially wanted (a Rogue SV) at a higher price. While I am indeed pursuing legal action and wider exposure for this incident, and the confessed lowballing for my trade (an offer of over 10K on my rear view mirror but an ultimate trade-in price of 5K), I appreciate that the service department appears to have improved greatly since 2021. More
