I worked with Dwayne Allen, I came to get my car checked out for 2 things, I was charged for something I knew nothing about and after trying to contact him, a week later I finally talked to him and his atti out for 2 things, I was charged for something I knew nothing about and after trying to contact him, a week later I finally talked to him and his attitude towards me was very nasty and unprofessional. I wasn’t aware beforehand of the second charge, and he basically told me he doesn’t have any answers for me and that was just it! I’ve been a customer for 6yrs and never received this type of treatment before. So I’m basically stuck with something that is not fixed but I paid for it to be fixed! UNACCEPTABLE More

I have purchased two Nissan Sentras from Berman Nissan of Chicago and have always had them serviced by the dealer. Even before that I used the dealership for a previous Sentra. Check-in was easy. I was there when they opened at 7am. I had called ahead so they knew I had a 3 hour window because I had to pick up nieces from school. They met the agreed upon deadline.
