Carmen is a great service writer who made the whole process from dropping off the car to picking it up super fast and convenient. He recommend having my transmission oil flushed which I had been proc process from dropping off the car to picking it up super fast and convenient. He is a friendly and genuine people person. The Berman group should be proud to have such a dynamic person working for there. Had an oil change, tire rotation and wiper repair scheduled for 10am. I came a little early, they took me right away and applied my coupons (found more in the system as well) which saved me at least scheduled for 10am.
