Outstanding Customer Service I went in for a tire repair and oil change. I told him I could not locate the key for the locks on my tires - he found the key immediately. I told him I was in a hurry, as I had an important appointment that day and he made sure I left the dealership as soon as possible. Outstanding service I was concerned about the safety of my 10 year old Nissan after an accident. It was recommended that I have the vehicle aligned because that would ind I was concerned about the safety of my 10 year old Nissan after an accident. It was recommended that I have the vehicle aligned because that would indicate any suspension damage from the crash. My service man from Berman Nissan was Brian. Brian gave me the bad news that the tie rod bolts were frozen and would need to be cut off to adjust the alignment (expensive). Brian then gave me the good news that the alignment was acceptable and that it was safe for the road without adjustment. More good news. Since the alignment could not be done, there was no charge. This is the great service I receive whenever I visit Berman Nissan. Thanks Brian. Thanks Berman. More

Carlos was my service manager and did an awesome job of reassuring me that he would reach out as soon as he knew what it was, that if it was a warranty item that they would ensure it was covered and even got me into a loaner for the few hours it was in the shop. Somehow a routine oil & filter service ballooned in price from about $200 to $465, but partly my fault as I got upsold into some additional services I was not independently certain were necessary... i can replace the engine air filter myself in 60 seconds, but let the dealership do it because I was told on arrival the price was "only ten bucks," yet the line-item came out at $39.95 on my final invoice. I need to be more on point about deciding how much work to cede to the service staff, and how much to insist on doing at home. Still, I've had far worse service experiences. More
