Friendly, Excellent I bought the 2016 Nissan Rogue at Berman Infinity about three weeks ago. The light engine came up and it did not feel right. I called and explained to I bought the 2016 Nissan Rogue at Berman Infinity about three weeks ago. The light engine came up and it did not feel right. I called and explained to Carlos from the service dept. what was going on. I brought the car in for service the next day. Carlos answered all my questions and checked the warranty and explained everything. I thought because I did not buy the car there, treatment was going to be a little cold. Not the case. When I left, Carlos said, he was my service manager now and to call him with any questions. It felt good to hear that! It gave me the confident I needed to go with no hesitation. More
