Horrible service... crazy charges for service which should be covered under the warranty... not even including the cars which start rusting after a year... great nissan murano.... and of course they we should be covered under the warranty... not even including the cars which start rusting after a year... great nissan murano.... and of course they were so helpful rejecting the warranty due to unknown reasons... do not buy from this dealership never found a good review about them... plus the place looks like it was build 500 years ago .... tv doesnt work the waiting room stinks and vending machines look like they were since abraham lincon... not even mentioning the time and price they charge and unprofessional behavior of the supervisors Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 HOrrible!!! worse treatement and place ever? - Bartlomiej? - Today NEver will consider buyin a nissan again after having so much problem with them and rude people working there!!! places looks like crap.... and people just want to rip u off and charge crazy amounts of money!!! 1800$ for oil change breaks and addition of fluits on a two year car? good job audi doesnt even charge that much! Two days later I had to get it towed in due to a faulty power steering hose!!! are you kidding me? on a brand new vehicle? a few months later, the window motor goes out during my road trip to Texas!! That looked really bad bc we were driving an '09 in '08 and the window didn't work?!? how ghetto!!! Then the tire locks go mysteriously missing after the tires were rotated and the service guys nonchalant response was "oh, you probably lost them when you got a flat tire... again, are you kidding me? wouldn't I know I got a flat - I never even touched the tires. Then I call the service manager to talk and he was just as rude as his staff if not worse and he was arrogant, too... My 1 year old car broken (8000 miles).They were not able to tell me what was broken and why. But they charged me $1100. Listen to this: Your car got broken because you did not have warranty! Plus they charged me for time I knew they did not work on my car. They worked max. 4 hours and I had to pay for 5. Btw. $120/hr! They just take an advantage of everybody. I have been there twice and it has been twice disaster. We work hard to buy Nissan cars. They should appreciate that and treat us the way we are. The Nissan customers. Not only did they screw us on a simple issue, but then they tried to sell us $900 worth of crap. Unbelievable. I was told these guys were really really dishonest and shady, but I had to drop off a tow and had no choice. I will never go here again, and I will actively protest others going here as well. When I went in to see the car the same salesman was not available so a sales manager helped me instead. He spoke to me like I was a child while I test drove the vehicle, when it came time to discuss pricing the salesman continued being rude and disrepectful. No deal was made.
