My car needed numerous costly repairs and I had to decide if I was going to buy a new car or repair my old car. The service department was willing to give me a good discount on the repairs and the sales depa if I was going to buy a new car or repair my old car. The service department was willing to give me a good discount on the repairs and the sales department was willing to help me find a new vehicle within my budget. I felt like I was on the car version of the Love It Or List It television show. LOL! In the end, salesman Uday Pandit ran the numbers with me to help me decide and showed me the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing several different new and used cars or repairing my old car. What I especially liked about Uday was his understanding of economic concepts like “sunk cost fallacy” and the cost/benefit or choosing to repair or buy a new vehicle. Uday spent most of the day with me helping me decide and, with the approval of the boss, gave me more for my trade in than I was originally offered. I wasn’t prepared to buy a new car today, but with Uday’s help, I know I made the right decision in regards to my need for quality transportation and my need to stay within budget. Many thanks to Uday Pandit for all his help and to the other employees of Berman Subaru who helped me come to my decision and even invited me to join them for lunch that they were grilling up outside. I award Berman Subaru five stars and thank all their staff, especially Uday, for their assistance. 👍 More

However, big and small scratches are all over the place: front, sideways, back, and even the trunk. One windshield wiper was broken. They raised the price we agreed on twice in different procedures, saying they "estimated" wrong and there was a "typo" in calculating taxes. But clearly, it was not a typo. After breaking down the "registration fees", easy math can tell that they added three more non-sense stuff. They did this right after I bought the insurance for the car. I felt so frauded and decided to leave, the sales agent made a gesture behind my back basically saying I was crazy. AVOID THIS DEALER. More
