Maybe it’s the culture at Berman that set them apart from that dread. Uday was incredibly approachable and kind and very passionate about cars, which showed through when telling me all the details on the car I got. Robert, in Finance, wasn’t pushy on extended warranties or anything. In fact, he got me a better interest rate when closing out my file! I’ve never driven back to a dealership so happy to re-sign some documents. Robert didn’t have to do that, but that just shows that this place does have its customers interests in mind. I’d be happy to get my next Subaru from them, hands down. More
