From start to finish, working with Lee G. at Berman Subaru was delightful! My experience working with dealerships have been slick salesmen who talk down to me as a woman. That was not my experience her Subaru was delightful! My experience working with dealerships have been slick salesmen who talk down to me as a woman. That was not my experience here at all, in fact this was one of my best sales experiences to date. Lee was interested in my comforts and priorities, and he exercised patience and kindness throughout our communications. Best of all, he has a warm sense of humor that helped to put me at ease. Not once did he dismiss any of my questions or concerns. He patiently educated me on their product and the differences between Subaru and other models. When we were working the numbers, he made sure that I understood options, choices, and how to align my values with what we were willing to pay. The process felt so thorough that we were able to trade in our car and purchase a Subaru in the span of a week - and I felt comfortable with the speed. Since the car was purchased during the pandemic, Lee was kind enough to arrange times to meet with me and my family that were convenient to us, not always convenient for him. He went above and beyond, delivering our car to our home on a below freezing night - and driving our trade-in away. Though it may be a decade before we need another car (fingers crossed), Lee has earned lifelong customers out of me and my family. More
