Berman had a great selection and we found a 1-year old pre-owner Forester perfect for our needs. The process was quick and hassle free- just what we needed. After the sale, we ran into a snag (had not been provided with the second key for our vehicle because it was missing). I reached out to General Manager Dan D’Andrea. He immediately responded, promised me a solution and promptly worked to locate the second the key. He even offered to drop it off at our house! The fact that the General Manager took my small issue so seriously and immediatly resolved it AFTER the sale, exemplifies the dedication to customer service at Berman. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Dan D’Andrea as a great GM who makes customer satisfaction a top priority at his dealership. More
