He spent almost an hour showing me all of the features, never looked at his watch to see if he was missing a potential buyer, was so enthusiastic and patient. Excellent experience! I had an amazing experience with this dealership! My husband and I had been to multiple other dealerships with extremely horrible outcomes. The dealership would always quote a price online and then after we spent hours there, with a young child, they would say they couldn't honor it. We either didn't quality for incentives or not all fees were included yet. Then we started contacting Subaru dealerships online trying to figure out the price for a new Crosstrek. Mid City Subaru gave us the best price and a fully itemized breakdown of what the out the door cost would be, in writing! I Called and spoke with Shane who confirmed the car was there and that the costs were legitimate and set an appointment for us to come in. The next day Luis called and confirmed my appointment and answered all questions I had. We went in that evening and met with Luis who offered us coffee, took us to the car which had been fully prepared and cleaned for us. We went on a test drive and he answered every question we had about the car. We wanted the car and filled out all of the paperwork we could that night. We were offered extras but never had them pushed on us! It was the easiest car buying experience ever! Luis was amazing and made sure we were 100% comfortable with every aspect of the car. He even offered to be the contact person if we need to make service appointments and he contacted us in the first few days to be sure everything was going well with the car! Listened. Delivered. Made it simple and easy. Walked in the door having done my homework online. I knew there was only so much I could do given my budget. When approached by a no pressure salesperson and explained why I was there and what it would take, he asked for a chance to verify the availability of the vehicle, offered to have it brought around, asked if I'd like to test drive it. After the test drive, he asked if I was ready to negotiate the offer. I explained what it was going to take to work for me. He explained the process he was going to need to follow. If I was patient with him while he handled the process with the dealership, he'd do his best to get me what was going to work for me. I said, "Great. If it works, I'm driving home today. If not, I'd leave appreciating his efforts and continue my search elsewhere." He was fair. I was reasonable. The deal got done quickly and hassle free. Their follow up has been terrific. I'm very happy with the vehicle and how the transaction was conducted. I'm a fan. More
