After discussing the vehicle we wanted with Will M. he was able to arrange for a new vehicle to be delivered within the week that matched everything we wanted and set us up by putting a deposit down. Unfortunately Will M. wasn't available the night we went to pickup the vehicle so Rob F. helped us finalize the deal and financing with Brian M. Rob F. took the time to walk us through all of the new features of our new car so we weren't left wondering how everything worked. Overall their service was amazing, we were never left waiting for a salesperson to help us and they did everything right to win our business. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by Mid City Subaru even if you don't have the pleasure of working with Will, Rob or Brian. More

I comparison shopped over the internet and Mid City was not only very responsive bu We highly recommend Mid City Subaru for your next Subaru purchase. I comparison shopped over the internet and Mid City was not only very responsive but gave the best price. We test drove a Forester (which we previously had a 2003 and loved it) and an Outback to compare styles. Dan Romero assisted us 2 weekends in a row with these test drives because of our indecisiveness and limited time (we have an 18 month old who came with us). He gave us his email and cell phone to reach him anytime. After deciding on the Forester next was the color choice decision, which again, Dan was very understanding and we never felt pressured. We decided on the Forester 2.5i Touring in white with brown leather interior. Mid City also offered a ResistAll package to protect both the interior and exterior of all sorts of wear and tear for the lifetime you have the car. Since we have a kid and another on the way this made complete since. Though we went in dreading this car buying experience from previous horror stories (not with Mid City) this was the best experience I could have asked for. More
