Chris was excellent to deal with from start to finish. He was low pressure and made sure that we got the car we wanted. He also worked hard to make sure the car was ready on a tight timeline which I great He was low pressure and made sure that we got the car we wanted. I feel like the service is hit or miss depending on who you speak with. I brought my brand new V60 in for the same issue twice within two weeks. The first person I dealt with (Drew) was great about it. Th you speak with. I brought my brand new V60 in for the same issue twice within two weeks. The first person I dealt with (Drew) was great about it. The next advisor I had (Dan) was more of a used car lot approach. Starting right in about how it was “most likely not covered by warranty but he’d see what he could do” under 1000 miles on it when this fault happened. He said he had to keep it over night and ended up having it for a week without updating me unless I reached out then sparse details and acted like I was bothering him. I got “I guess you could come get it and we’ll call you when we can fix it”. No fault of his that the part wasn’t in but 0 customer service skills and treated me like he couldn’t possibly have cared less. Granted it wasn’t an earth shaking problem but at least pretend you care. C- it was covered by warranty though so that’s good. More
