I scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance and the representative confirmed a vacuum and exterior wash would be included. The car was returned and clearly the exterior was not even dry wiped. There are plenty of places to buy or lease a car so no matter what you do, don't go to Bernard Volvo to buy one. We have been loyal customers of this dealership, having leased six different Volvos over th matter what you do, don't go to Bernard Volvo to buy one. We have been loyal customers of this dealership, having leased six different Volvos over the last 5 years. When we went to get a new lease and turn in a car, despite the efforts of a diligent sales person, we were rudely rejected by both the finance manager and the general manager due to an error in the leasing application. They did nothing to verify that we have made over 120 on time payments to Volvo and can easily afford to purchase one in cash had we chose to. These people simply do not care at all about you or your business. Or perhaps there is some kind of discrimination going on? Go somewhere else to buy or lease your car; go anywhere else. These guys don't deserve your business. More
