Mike, the manager, and Chris, the advisor are incredibly kind and competent. I have a handicapped car and very special needs and accommodations and they always consistently make sure all of these are perfe kind and competent. I was very impressed that they use Caller ID to call up my service records so that the Service Writer immediately knows me and my car. I was also impressed that I got to drive in myself and have several se my service records so that the Service Writer immediately knows me and my car. I was also impressed that I got to drive in myself and have several service personnel arrive at my vehicle,. I appreciate that the service writer let me know what was needed and (most importantly) what was not needed as it had previously been done. Very courteous and honest. Lest I forget, the facilities, especially the rest room. were fantastic! More

Hello, thank you for providing expedient, quality service. I would also like to comment that this service was provided during pandemic restrictions. All representatives did wear masks. However, a mot service. I would also like to comment that this service was provided during pandemic restrictions. All representatives did wear masks. However, a mother did arrive with 3 children (one was 18 months as I 'overheard') and they were not required to apply masks despite being school age children. There were older customers present that I noted to be apprehensive regarding this omission. The children moved about freely in the snack/seating area. They were present in the waiting area for approximately a half hour prior to obtaining a 'loaner' vehicle. My suggestion would be to expedite a 'loaner' vehicle transition for parents with children in order to protect your older, at risk customers as this mother did not display any concern for their safety and well being. Volvo represent s safety to me but not all customers valuing this quality will demonstrate this ethic towards others. More

My car was in for annual maintenance. The valet pickup and drop off was very helpful during this period and much appreciated.
