Awful experience here as one time they did unauthorized repairs on my car. They also fixed my trunk door one day, and the following day my battery died as I was leaving for work in the morning. I had to get my car towed to be repaired and they didn’t offer to pay for an Uber until I insisted I get reimbursed for this error. Steve Moynahan the former service manager called me a liar and yelled at me when I got Sam Lee involved. The new service manager is nice and is cleaning up Steve’s mess but I’m done with this place. No Reservation Giving Excellent Recommendation Pleasant dealing with Paul and Aram as well as the friendly Service Staff. This is the second time I have worked with Paul, my salesman, to buy a Vol Pleasant dealing with Paul and Aram as well as the friendly Service Staff. This is the second time I have worked with Paul, my salesman, to buy a Volvo. Registration glitch was solved by Sam and battery issue taken care of by Service. I left being very happy with my new car and all my interactions with the knowledgeable staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this Volvo dealership to my friends and family. More

Not professional The overall experience was not what I would expect from a Volvo dealership. When I sent them emails they didn't respond to me but to my husband using The overall experience was not what I would expect from a Volvo dealership. When I sent them emails they didn't respond to me but to my husband using his email which to me is very unprofessional as it is typical to respond to the individual which sent you the email in the first place. Our salesman did not greet us by shaking our hands upon entering and meeting with him until the last visit when we were there to take delivery of the vehicle. Other than that the correspondences in general I found to be very slow to receive any feedback or answers to questions. I was expecting a highly polished staff from a Volvo dealership and better communication with faster responses. Other dealerships over the years which I have worked with were very quick to start the finance process whereas this dealership were extremely slow, perhaps this was due to the fact they did not have the title to the vehicle we were purchasing as they took it in on a trade which had a previous lien on it which had to be paid off of course. Needless to say I would have been much more happier if they'd been up front about that small detail instead of waiting to the eleventh hour. Overall I'm not sure at all if I'd personally return to this dealership in the future. More

From Paul my salesman who was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my needs rather than pushing a vehicle on me. My wife and two kids joined for the experience, in which we thought brining an one and three year old would be reasoning for them to try rushing us through to make a sale or push us out the door both Paul and Sam were interactive with the kids and made them feel just at home. Go anyone looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend going to Bernardi first. More
