Fantastic Had an emergency- battery was dying and needed car in case of an emergency . I’m in extreme high risk for virus. He has had more than 2 decades of experience with Volvos. He met all my specific needs which are complicated as I have a handicapped car and I am severely allergic to fragrances and chemicals. He made sure everyone involved with my car from the technicians and on, knew how to keep my car and me safe. When the car was finished, he gave me the most specific report about what was checked and what the results were. Mike realizes I can only drive my car and is already helping me plan the car’s future needs so that I’m not in a position where I am without my car for even a day as I need it for my many medical appointments. He and the technicians are gems! More
