Jennifer I've read you review in addition to the one you had left on Google and have researched this matter. Our Service Director after reading your Google review had immediately contacted you to discuss this and had actually spoken to you and your husband. He explained to you that the repair recommended was indeed necessary and while you felt the video did not make it clear he asked you to bring the vehicle back in so that he could put it up on a lift (something inspection stations do not do) and show you exactly what we were recommending and why. You have declined his offer to do so. He then offered to pick up your vehicle, bring it back to the shop and take a better video that would clearly show what was needed but you declined that offer as well. We take things like this very seriously and always want too be transparent with our recommendations; thus the reason we have invested in the video technology and software so that our clients can see the what and why of our recommendations on their actual vehicle. The offers extended by our Service Director remain should you decide to give us the opportunity.

They offered to have me drive back there and have it looked at again. It is an hour plus each way for me. The video was the mechanic pointing to what needed to be fixed - not actually showing anything- when I asked why they didn’t have someone holding the camera so the mechanic could show me all the supposed play in the ball joints I was told- they don’t have a second person to hold the camera. A “go pro” would be great for this type of thing- hands free and the mechanic can show the consumer what the problem is. Just disappointed is all and won’t go back. Unfortunate. I had asked to speak with the GM and was told he is off on Fridays, I did not hear back from him.
