Scratches on windshield We took overseas delivery and noticed that the passenger side wiper didn't squirt water. When we dropped the car off for shipment we told the factory We took overseas delivery and noticed that the passenger side wiper didn't squirt water. When we dropped the car off for shipment we told the factory and they promised to fix the problem, which they did. However, something was not right as scratches started to be noticeable a few months after we took delivery in the states. We first thought that we had gotten something on the windshield but when it did not come off after cleaning we took the car to the dealership. They thoroughly inspected the problem and found that the wiper arm was bent. They fixed the problem and got the scratches out of the windshield. Thank you so much for taking care of a problem that should never have happened in the first place. More
