Above and beyond! Fixed a chronic problem that another dealer (with multiple attempts) could not- was able to provide a loaner car in 4 days- 2 other dealers I would ha Fixed a chronic problem that another dealer (with multiple attempts) could not- was able to provide a loaner car in 4 days- 2 other dealers I would have to wait another week. (11 day wait)- Returned my voice mail (left after closing) at 9:15 the next morning (on a Saturday) A model of above and beyond customer service!!! Thank you Wellesley Volvo!!😎👌😎 More

They were patient will I decided on the exterior and interior colors. They didn't; have the specific configuration/color I wanted but they were able to secure one from another dealer. They thought it would be about a week for the car to arrive, but it only took two days! More
