Maintenance issues with AC, lights, battery, etc. In all instances, the diagnosis, communication and service were excellent. They are competent, genuinely friendly, generous with their advice, time and loans of a car during service, helpful to me with understanding my warranties, easy to deal with when scheduling appointments and all around awesome??I feel blessed to have such good folks taking care of me and my car. I have worked with Steve Moynihan (service manager) most through the years and he is professional, friendly and smart. Although I have found having my car fixed so frequently quite frustrating, the staff make it work. I have an ill child and a demanding job, Steve knows and goes above and beyond to help me stay functional. More

Pleasant, low-hassle buying experience Bought a 1-year-old Certified Pre-owned Volvo based on web search. Volvo of Wellesley was quite responsive via e-mail. When I arrived, I was imme Bought a 1-year-old Certified Pre-owned Volvo based on web search. Volvo of Wellesley was quite responsive via e-mail. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by John LaBruzzo. John is an excellent salesman. Low-key, no high pressure, knows the cars well. Felt like he was on my side. After a test drive with John, he gave me the keys and let me drive by myself for an hour. When I returned, we talked about the price, trade-in, etc. Sales manager got involved in trade-in, and this was OK, although they did not give me much over the minimum Kelly BB value. Then met with business manager Julie Lapore, who also was pretty low-key, but good and what she does. She ended up selling me a 10-year service contract, supposedly at the cost of an 8-year , and then discounted that by about 15% more. Still wicked expensive at $3k, but the car is so complicated, it seemed worthwhile. I passed on the $2k wheel insurance, pre-paid maintenance, and body and interior protection. If I bought it all, it would have added $10k to the price of the car. I was able to FedEx in my old car title and cashiers check, and just showed up a couple days later and everything was ready. They handled the registry for me, contacted my insurance company, canceled my old plates, etc. Very low hassle. John spent a good amount of time explaining how the car worked (all of the features), and that was it. Of the 10 cars I have bought in my life, this was probably the least stressful, least hassle experience. While it helped that I did try to negotiate the price down a lot (since the internet already told me it was priced $3k below market value), I think Volvo of Wellesley did a great job reducing the stress and hassle. I would definitely go back, even though it is far from my home. More
