I take it Mirnes every time I have a service need. I will say one thing that the mechanics at Bert need better training. They have unsuccessfully tried to fix my air condition twice. It does cool the air gets down to 55 degrees which is not enough when it gets around 90 degrees I sweat all the way home. All other cars I own get down to mid 40's. Bert always gives me a loaner car with is a plus, and I really appreciate that as I dont have to beg folks for a ride to the dealership to pick-up my car. More

Required oil change, tire rotation, brake system flush and spark plugs replacement. Auto is going on 7 years old and this is the first major service outside of periodic oil changes. Natalie did an excellent job of running me through BMW recommended service requirements and cost of service. Not surprises and she went out of her way to get me available BMW discounts off repairs costs. Car run appreciably better after service, and has been a reliable vehicle. Bert Smith made some significant upgrades to their service waiting area, allowing me to enjoy internet coverage, along with complimentary coffee and pastries. As mentioned, service was prompt and my visit experience excellent. More
