I’m not someone who rushes to leave negative reviews, but this hasn’t been a one-off situation. I’ve had three separate bad experiences here (at this point, shame on me). Without getting into specifics no one cares about, I tried to give them the opportunity to correct the problem, and they somehow just made it worse. If anyone from BMW Corporate happens to read this, you should take a look at what’s happening here. This location is actively damaging the trust and reputation your brand has spent decades building. Our Journey with Bert Smith BMW actually started about two hours south when we bought a beautiful 2020 BMW X1 from a non-BMW dealership in Fort Myers. I’ve been searching for a BMW X1 for a little time no two hours south when we bought a beautiful 2020 BMW X1 from a non-BMW dealership in Fort Myers. I’ve been searching for a BMW X1 for a little time now, finding the right one was hard. The newest models were a little too big for us, so we decided on looking at a preowned. We found a beautiful car in glacial silver, took her for a test drive and decided to buy. Now the fun begin begins! As we are driving down the highway, we find the car pulling. We were so in love with the car that we did not return it, even though the dealership was only a few miles away. We decided to drive it all the way back home and take it to Bert Smith BMW. Once there, my amazing service person, Ray, was above and beyond with knowledge, customer service and his love for BMWs. Soon we had great news that it was just a bad tire and we had made a wonderful purchase! Now we will continue our service and become part of the Bert Smith BMW family. Thanks again Ray. Michael Ayres helped me extremely efficiently during a very stressful nail in tire situation. I had to leave my car after hours, unknowing if anyone could service it. My tire was change within mere hours, and several out service techs were even out sick that day.
