Best experience ever buying a vehicle! When we first arrived at the dealership the place was very busy. We were greeted within 1 minute by a young lady who directed us to a seating area and When we first arrived at the dealership the place was very busy. Was not a long wait and Matthew came up and introduced himself with a big smile and shook our hands and assured us he would be right with us. Soon he came and took us to his area and the best experience began! Matt heard what we wanted and went out of his way to explain everything to us. The car for trade that we brought was taken to look over and exactly what we were looking for in a truck was taken for a test drive. Matt heard our concerns regarding payments and made an amazing deal happen! Our whole Bertera experience was the best ever with a car dealership!
