I saw a car I liked on autotrader.com (a non-Chevy) and sent in a request for more information. I was called within a half hour and informed that the car in question had been sold, but if I worked with the sent in a request for more information. I was called within a half hour and informed that the car in question had been sold, but if I worked with the team, they would find me a comperable vehicle (and take off $500 from the autotrader listed price). Since I had been looking for the perfect used car for a while - I decided to come in and discuss my options. I was given to Brian Hall to discuss my wish list. He took down all my specs in detail and I put down $1,000 to start him on his search. I am one day in and am waiting to see what he comes up with and if this was a good decision. I will submit another review once I complete the process. More

This was my first experience at Bertera, and I was very happy with the friendliness and attentiveness of all of the staff members. I also found their prices to be very fair. I had a great experience buying my car from this dealership. Everything was clear, fast, and reasonable. We went to Bertera looking for a used Saab, and after finding out the one we wanted was sold, we test drove another Saab. That particular car was not the right fit for us, so Paul suggested looking at so finding out the one we wanted was sold, we test drove another Saab. That particular car was not the right fit for us, so Paul suggested looking at something new. We found out that a lease vehicle would fit our budget about the same as a used car. Well, we left with a brand new Camaro, and It's been a lot of fun. Everyone at the dealership was honest, and fair, which made the whole process of buying a new car enjoyable. My wife and I would certainly recommend this dealership to friends, and family. More

From the moment Jeremy introduced himself, he was friendly and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me several cars that fit my requirements. Once I had chosen the car I wanted he did everything possible to make sure my experience was a good one. He answered any question I had and if he didn't know the answer he found someone who did. After driving the car for a couple of weeks I noticed something amiss with my brakes. I called Jeremy and right away he got me into the service department so they could take a look. He also answered my questions regarding my radio and got me the owner's manual I had requested. I think he is a great salesman. More
