I went to Bertera chev. because i was looking to trade in my truck if i found the right vehicle. I had seen this jeep on the lot every day as i drove to work, so i stopped and asked AJ if i could look at the my truck if i found the right vehicle. It was a very friendly processs and i drove the jeep home that night. AJ called back the next day to see how everything was, if we liked the jeep and if there was anything else we needed we could just give him a call My wife thought this was very nice of him. More

The people at Bertera worked hard to make me a happy camper, and they succeeded. They had the car they advertised at the price they advertised, and they were able to finance me in spite of a bankruptcy camper, and they succeeded. I hadn't realized there was a $100 deductable on their warranty, and when my check engine light came on before the end of the 30 day warranty, I wasn't happy to discover that I would have to pay a deductable. But when the manager read my review here on dealer rater and saw that I wasn't happy, he contacted me and arranged for the repairs to be made without a deductable. Everyone at Bertera was friendly and did everything they could to make me a satisfied customer. More

They will take advantage of you!!! I see other people had the same issue! I went in to the dealership honest about my credit situation. Darin was very nice to deal with and I don't have any problems with the same issue! I went in to the dealership honest about my credit situation. A couple of days later they call and say they are having problems getting me financed as I expected. I looked at my credit report and they tried over 8 places. That was fine, I couldn't get financed... The kicker... I received a letter from my credit union that they tried to get credit through. They attempted to finance the cost of a used Jeep AND my trade in. They were basically giving me NOTHING for my trade in (which was a 2009 with low mileage in excellent condition). They were trying to finance me for MORE than if I bought a BRAND NEW JEEP. (which I went and did 2 weeks later in RI - over 75 miles away and got over blue book for my trade in) I was so angry that I called and they of course have never called me back to explain. They totally tried to take advantage of me!!! Do not go here, do not give them the time of day. More
