Update: 9-14-2020 still no contact from management or sales associates sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls just to the front desk people to direct me to their voicemails. looking to get a refund so I can go to Carter Chevrolet in Connecticut where they will do same-day registration. I have started recording all of my voicemails and conversations with their employees to document this. all I am doing is looking to get a refund from Jodi or Dan. Update: 9-14-2020 after putting $15,000 down on labor day I am still without a truck. Sent Dan multiple emails trying to get him to reach out to me to see what's going on with no luck. at this point I wish I could just get a refund on my down payment and look to some other dealership to have this sale. Sales associate was juggling three other sales at the same time as me. Took 4 hrs with no negotiations. There is no customer experience whatsoever. Dan did the best job that he possibly could for what he was given. But you got to blame the top for the atmosphere. Chevrolet you have my blessing, Bertera Chevrolet not so much. By the way Dan was great. I feel like when you're buying such a expensive item that they should break down everything to you. I would barely know the technology in this truck if it wasn't for YouTube instead of the sales associate. Customer service is out the window at this place. But like I said it's not Dan's fault. It just doesn't feel like an experience that I would ever want to go through again. Places used to care about this kind of thing but I feel like it's just about the dollar bill now. I believe this place does better on a day not as busy as labor day but I feel like that is no excuse. More
