Bertera Chevrolet in Palmer was a fantastic place to find a car! They had a wider selection than any other place that I looked at. He spent hours with me and my family over the whole process of buying my car. Even when I said I did not need to test drive one of the cars, he encouraged me strongly to test it out. Jeremy was in one word excellent. He was personable and really worked with us on the price. We went on a weekend and it was very busy. Although we did have to wait a little bit they make it very comforta really worked with us on the price. We went on a weekend and it was very busy. The furniture is extremely comfortable and they have two huge televisions for you to watch so if it's a little busy and you have to wait DON'T LEAVE because they will make it worth your wait. I can't say anything bad about anyone there. Jeremy was the best salesman I think we have ever had. Vinny talked to us about the financing and he was also very personable. Even the General Manager came over to us a couple times to make sure everything was okay. Our credit was not the best but they worked with us. We went to a car dealership that was closer to our home before we went to Bertera and although the salesman was friendly they did not work with us. The salesman there said that the supposed deal he was giving us was the best and that we wouldn't get a better deal anywhere else. He told us that all car dealerships go through the same banks and have the same options. Well, he was wrong and shouldn't have told us that because Bertera does have better deals and more options.
