I've been meaning to let you know that I really appreciated the excellent service and expertise I received from all the staff at Bertera. From the outset, my salesman Nick Costanza assured me the 08 mountaineer was in mint shape, let me drive it extensively and his knowledge of the vehicle, especially considering it was a line you don't carry, was excellent. I was also impressed by the way other staff asked me if I needed help while Nick was getting paperwork, there was a sense of caring from everyone I encountered. Nick put together a great price package that nobody else could touch and added $1200 in tires, service, brakes, etc. which was more than fair. When I noticed a little bump in the transmission a few days after buying it, Nick directed me to a nearby dealer and said it would be covered under warranty. They tweaked the TCM, problem solved and Nick was correct, no charge! The call from Nick 6 months after the purchase was a also nice touch, he was the best salesman I've experienced, good energy and easy going. This is a very professionally run operation, the waiting room has plenty to read (very important!) the finance guy was very quick and helpful, and your dealership has a friendly vibe. Back in 2011 I went all around looking for a car that I needed to get around back and forth to work, new or used it didnt matter. No dealer would work with me as my credit wasn't srong enough. I finally recieved a letter in the mail from Bertera stating that they were willing to work with m and get me a car. So I went to check it out and sure enough I was able to get a goof reliable car within a month. It was a great experience from beginging to end they worked round the clock and kept in touch with me through evey step of the process. The overall experience that I have had with this dealer weither it was sales or auto service dept eveyone was friendly and very informative. I will continue to work with them as a loyal customer. Purchased My Vehicle over the weekend and have still not yet been able to take delivery of it i waited 5 and a half hours before purchase was complete and i think it would have been longer if i did not keep yet been able to take delivery of it i waited 5 and a half hours before purchase was complete and i think it would have been longer if i did not keep asking whats taking so long. dealer does not return calls on a timely basis i pretty much have to bug them everyday to find the current status of my car . what is the point of selling or listing a vehicle for sale if it has not had repairs made before the sale ! other than the price being good for the car i would not recommend this dealer to anybody not a happy customer and still don't have a vehicle i paid for ! not to mention i drove 63 miles to this place and back to my home and will have to do it again to pick up my vehicle More
