They have a free tires for life program, which happens every other oil change and is active as long as said oil changes are up to date. Just keep in mind that the prices they show is not including the insurance, which is always higher, but this is standard practice. Paul was enjoyable to work with. However, calling the dealership to speak with the salesmen is aggravating at best. Calls are transferred to a phone that is not answered then disconnected. Each time required at a minimum of 3 calls prior to going to voice mail are actually speaking with someone. Our salesmen Paul was nice to deal with,however if they did not have the car we wanted we would have gone to another dealer as the rest of the process beyond Paul was strained at best, very poor communication, difficult to call and once there often left waiting to fill out paperwork while computers froze with no explanation of what we were waiting for. More
