I went in only planning on looking at used cars but when Andrew showed me the 2013 Dodge Charger and took me for a test run I was sold and bought the car 2 days later with cash and then when I bought it And Andrew showed me the 2013 Dodge Charger and took me for a test run I was sold and bought the car 2 days later with cash and then when I bought it Andrew suggested the cold air intake and MOPAR exhaust. God awful to deal with once car is purchased. Bought my 2011 jeep grand Cherokee Overland and within 5 months of owning the vehicle both key fobs started to not be detected by the vehicle , brought in for 2011 jeep grand Cherokee Overland and within 5 months of owning the vehicle both key fobs started to not be detected by the vehicle , brought in for oil change told them about the keys and they want to charge me $120.00 per key! I have owned the car for 5 months! This is a shop that once you buy the car from them all the helpfulness and friendliness is out the window and its more of how can we milk you for more money!!! Go to Jerry Rome across the street, wish I stuck with them! Looking forward to getting out of my jeep and putting this place behind me! More
Dear Bertera Staff & Future Customers, 10/24/2012 I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the ama 10/24/2012 I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the amazing service that I was provided at Bertera in going through my first ever car buying experience. Never having gone through this process and not knowing what to expect became a quite intimidating. My salesman, Mike, was extremely helpful. He took the time to listen to my needs and help me to find the car that would best fit my lifestyle. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable on all cars that I looked at-any questions that I had, he was able to help answer them and he always had a smile on his face. What impressed me most, was that Mike took the time to sit down with me and thoroughly explain the entire process walking me through every step of the way. Mike made me feel, not like I was giving him the commission, but rather like he was helping ME buy the car of my dreams and made the transaction SEAMLESS! Equally as helpful was Finance Manager, Doug who walked me through the financial aspect of buying my car (which all seems so foreign to me). Doug not only helped to explain what I was signing, but also more impressively, he fought to get me the best financing that he could. He made some recommendations to me that will help me down the line and I really appreciated all of his hard work and efforts. He was available to answer any questions that I had and did so in a friendly manner. At the end of the process, GM, Gabe came over and re-assured me that the car I was buying was a good investment. It’s not often that you see a GM of a busy dealership, take time out of his hectic day to come and talk to a customer so I very much appreciated his efforts to acknowledge my purchase and even gave me some great insight into my new car. These are the kind of experiences and interactions that will make me tell others about you. Thank you Bertera Staff, Mike, Doug & Gabe for all being so friendly throughout this process. The car I purchased had several problems within the first 24 hours of getting it home. After the car was purchased, the employees at the dealership were not accommodating regarding fixing the vehicle. The ve 24 hours of getting it home. The vehicle was damaged, was not detailed, did not pass state inspection, had a navigation system that was not working and the sales person wrote down the wrong mileage when the car was purchased. Overall, this dealership is unprofessional, disrespectful, and unaccommodating. The salespeople present as uneducated and subpar. The sales manager who identified himself as "Ray" was also a very uneducated man who presented with poor interpersonal skills and limited impulse control. I have filed several complaints and sought legal action in the meantime. It is a shame that the owner of the dealership had to get involved to rectify this situation. He did so by offering a loaner vehicle while everything was fixed. I purchased a $40,000 vehicle and they sent me a minivan that smells like cigarette smoke. Thankfully, I will not have to drive this loaner vehicle while mine is being serviced. The only purpose was for them to just come get my car themselves. I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More
