Your service manager David is fully aware of my situation. He has made no attempt to respond to my email or talk to me personally while I was in the service department last week. While my problem was being discussed with him by one of your service personnel, he did not look up at me or make any attempt to speak with me or apologize for my inconvenience. You have help on to my money for too long now and I do not wish to wait for up to a month for your dealership to decide what and if you will issue me a refund. A certified letter will be going out to you tomorrow, and 30 days after you receive it I will be in small claims court filing against your dealership.
