Yiu can't go there without added services I'm so done with Bertera. After purchasing 8 cars there, it's my last. Tried to sell me a COMPLETE brake job even though I had one in the past yea I'm so done with Bertera. After purchasing 8 cars there, it's my last. And, before that, $300 to replace all my 'stripped' lig nuts even though they are the only ones to rotate my tires. The sales have always been good, but for some reason the service dept took a nose dive around two years ago. The past few visits I've always felt like my wallet is being lifted. More

$129 Fraud! Poor Service and Attention to Details. Despite my detailed description of gear shifting and transmission problems (whining noise during acceleration; Service 4x4 light on; No Off Road light Despite my detailed description of gear shifting and transmission problems (whining noise during acceleration; Service 4x4 light on; No Off Road light on; vehicle jerking during acceleration from a stop; burning smell). Bertera supposedly checked the vehicle and found the "fluid quality good; checked wiring and connectors and found NO problems". Bertera performed a "software update to improve shifting" and released my vehicle to me. According to Bertera, They "Test drove a total of 13 miles. No codes returned and transmission shifting as designed." However, while driving less than one mile away from Bertera, the same symptoms occurred and the vehicle had to be towed. Bertera released to me an unsafe to drive vehicle. Being from out of the area, I trusted Bertera. More

Very friendly and welcoming staff, once you finally connect. Well, things didn’t start off too great as the call center person assured me that I’d receive a call back to schedule the service since it included a Well, things didn’t start off too great as the call center person assured me that I’d receive a call back to schedule the service since it included a recall item. No call back. Then tried the chat online. Also, still no call back. Finally, Amanda and I connected and she was great, as was Denise when I brought the car in. Also was acknowledged by the other staff members while there. That makes a difference! My Jeep Wrangler (soft top) needed a bit more work so they kept it over the weekend. The only problem was it must’ve been parked outside during the rainstorm Sunday and the side windows were off, so there was a good puddle on the passengers side and it took a while to get it to dry. Really expect3d that to be noticed, or parked inside over the weekend...but alas, I didn’t call it to their attention either so share the accountability. More

They have done everything they can to help me and were very apologetic regarding my situation. To:denglishman Details I have to say I am not happy with your way of doing business. I was charged for a part and labor that my truck does not even have. When I called immediately after I was assured by Kyle that a credit would be waiting on my account. I go in for service MONTHS later and am told you will have to look into it. When I am leaving I am told it has to go upstairs and could take up to a month to receive a check. I was also told when I bought my vehicle that I would receive three free years of free oil changes of which I did not receive. While your help is very friendly and helpful, I find your business practices very unethical. I have not filled out your service questionnaire in over a year now because of problems I have had at your service department. You put a advertising plate cover on my truck without my approval, you charge me for parts my truck does not have, you left my glove compartment on the floor and I had to drive all the way back, you kept my tire lock and I had to drive all the way back, you kept my tire lock on the last visit but I learned to check before I leave now, and I have sat in your waiting area for 4 hours with not one word of the status of my truck. I can also let you know I have heard nothing but complaining from other people as I sat waiting. Pam That was the email of which I have heard no response back. It is very unethical to keep my money for this long of a period. I am considering at this point going on social media with my concerns. More
Very disappointed! I left my 2017 Jeep Rubicon for service at the service department to fix previous damage on my navigation screen caused by the service dept. while my I left my 2017 Jeep Rubicon for service at the service department to fix previous damage on my navigation screen caused by the service dept. while my Jeep was serviced for USB issues. They said it would take a while so I left my Jeep there while I went to work. I later noticed parts of my Rubicon were swapped (rear back of the Jeep) and a tool was left on the back of the car when all the work was to be performed on my navigation (which by the way does not work after service). I brought it up to service manager Carlos which said he would replace the parts that were swapped. I told him I did not wanted new ones that I wanted my parts back because I want to be able to trust the place I leave my vehicle. He said he would check cameras but he would not be able to get my own parts back. He said he verified with the sales department that my car had those parts and he would replace it for me and apologized for the incident. Next day I tried getting a hold of Carlos since he never got back to me about looking at the cameras. I was advised by a friend to file a police report for what happened. I bring the police report to the dealership and give it to my service advisor because Carlos was at lunch. She said “I thought you were getting that part replaced” and I replied “no, it was my navigation” and she said “oh right”. I leave and come back later to talk to Carlos the service manager and he said “you went a step further, I cannot longer help you, you have to speak to the general manager” which I did. The general manager was very arrogant and denied my Jeep having those parts (after Carlos admitted it did). He said to take him to court for it. I could not say what was on my mind at that moment because I had my 5 year old daughter with me and also I am a professional. I know better not to get down to his level so I left. What made me so frustrated is that no only they violated my trust in them, but that the dealer retaliated against me because I excersice my right to file a police report. Honestly is not even about the parts they swapped is the disappointed of knowing now that I can’t dropped off my vehicle for service because things like this would happen. They would not even allow me to speak to the person that service my vehicle, I know he would not be able to look at me in the eyes. I am getting my vehicle inspected to make sure they are no other parts missing. I just want to let people know so they don’t go through the same experience. After all is their lost since I am the kind of person that changes vehicles every two years (I get bored) so they don’t only lost future sales from me, but from my family, friends and my clients. I should have listen to my co-workers when they said “don’t take your car there” . Lesson learned (the hard way). I know God would do justice for me. I leave things in his hands. More
