One of the salesman recognized me and even remember my first and last name and I told him what the problem was. He immediately told me to bring it to the service garage to have them look at it, which he kinda new what the problem was. I was very happy with the service from the salesman. And the service department they had me in and out with a half hour. I am so glad I got this vehicle at this dealership and was still amazed that they remembered my first and last name. Great customer service at this dealership. More

Customer Service My car broke down. I stood in service office for about a half hour before being attended to, even with an appointment. I have extended guarantee on my My car broke down. I stood in service office for about a half hour before being attended to, even with an appointment. I have extended guarantee on my car which includes a rental, never placed in a rental. Due to "winter storm" earlier that week, they gave me the excuse of them being behind and my car was not looked at till the 4th day there, mind you still without a ride. Lady stated that if i wanted a rental it would be at my own expense. Got a call on that day to tell me that i was at fault for the broken part and my guarantee would not cover it, when there was no reason or way for the driver to be at fault for anything. Kathy in the front desk was a nice lady until i told her I wasn't going to further need their services. Not a pleasant experience at all! Would of saved me alot of stress bringing it to my original service mechanic, brought my car on tuesday, was placed on a rental car within a few minutes , by tuesday afternoon got a call back, part and service covered under my guarantee (and rental too!).... should have my car within a day or too back on the road. More

I called my sales guy who plugged me into the service dept. The rudest lady spoke to me not offering solutions only curt replies offering a vague opening in a few days and certainly no loaner was available. Got a loaner from JC and now awaiting solution. ....more to come JG More
Worst ever service department Extremely bad experience. Their service department is the worst I ever encountered. I have a 2009 town and country, which drives just fine - until I Extremely bad experience. Their service department is the worst I ever encountered. I have a 2009 town and country, which drives just fine - until I took it to the dealership for a recall - on Friday, June 12th, 2015. Right after they changed the module, my car started to act up. The engine randomly shuts off at the stop-sign or the red lights. Only the reverse gear works after I backed out from parking. Sometimes, I have to restart the car 5 or 6 times. Then today - June 17th, 2015, I took my car to the same dealership, hoping to find out the cause. (Another big mistake!) Around 4pm, they called me to let me know they don't know the exact reason yet, but I can pay them $120, and bring my car home. I immediately rejected this idea. In the end, we agree to leave my car there for one more day. I just don't understand why I have to pay $120 for the damage they made to my car. Also, it is only diagnosis. My advice: do not service your car there. Who knows what they will do to your car. Also, anyone knows a better chrysler dealer around western mass? Update (June 22, 2015): Finally their transmission technician took a look at my car after the first tech couldn't figure out the cause. They called me around 4:30pm, and told me that the first step is to replace the spark plugs and wires. Of course the charge of $559.xx will be on me. When I asked how many steps they need, the girl would't give me an answer, just saying we will start from there. It is a 6-years-old car with only 50k miles on it. I don't see the reason to replace the spart plugs - but I won't mind if that is indeed the reason. The trouble is they aren't sure either, and they want to do trial-and-error, with me paying may-be completely unnecessary parts and labors. More
It is never easy for me to have my car serviced because of issues at home. Rachael and Christie have made my experience at the Bertera Chrysler service department very pleasant. They both are interested of issues at home. Rachael and Christie have made my experience at the Bertera Chrysler service department very pleasant. They both are interested in their customers, knowledgeable about their cars, very friendly and efficient. I actually look forward to seeing them again, although Rachael suggested it would be best if the visit were only for an oil change. Take good care of these employees. They are a tremendous asset to your business. More
