We thank you for responding to us and for letting us know more about your experience so we could look into the matter further. To review, you came in with a coupon to have your vehicle's brakes inspected. We found the rear brake drums to be out of adjustment. While we did not “refuse” to do anything, we did indeed tell you that your front rotors and pads did not need replacing and were functioning safely. While we would have been happy to replace these items at request, we cannot in good faith state that this service would be necessary. We understand that another independent service provider was more than happy to do this work for you. Thank you for the time and feedback.
