Such an AMAZING experience! Let me start off by saying do NOT ever go to Harte Nissan in Hartford, CT such a horrible experience there. First of all the staff was not that friend Let me start off by saying do NOT ever go to Harte Nissan in Hartford, CT such a horrible experience there. First of all the staff was not that friendly and on top of that the guy helping me out told me at first he could most definitely get me in the car I wanted so he took me out and showed me it then came in and said he has to talk to his manager about it... keep in mind it was a $10,000 car and I had $1,000 to put down. After keeping my mom and I waiting and waiting for hours without any new information he then came back to tell us that "they're working on it still but I don't want to keep you guys waiting so you can leave and I'll give you a call".... he might as well of said they couldn't do anything for me instead of keeping me waiting and never even calling back. After that horrible experience I went over to DeCormier Nissan in Manchester, CT and met with Calvin Crocklin and explained the whole situation and may I just say he worked his butt off to get me into a vehicle and make sure I was satisfied. I was so impressed with the service and HIGHLY satisfied. I gave him my down payment of $1,000 and he was able to get me into a 2014 $10,000 car which I'M IN LOVE WITH!!!!!!!! Why Harte was not able to do the same I don't understand I don't believe they work hard enough to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied when they leave. I also want to thank Annie Sheehan in the Finance dept at DeCormier because she also did a fantastic job on getting me into a vehicle and making sure I leave satisfied and she thoroughly explained all the paperwork and what is included on my gap coverage and everything else. My mom and I have both purchased vehicles from this branch and left very happy and satisfied. I will definitely be re-purchasing my future vehicles here as well. More
