The rust was found all under the body panels. We specifically asked your dealership to look for rust and told none was found. We were also only told the brake pads were worn down and not informed that the rotors are completely bad. The rotors were in horrible shape and had cuts through it. Another issue the local dealership found was the transfer case was bad and they replaced it, luckily under warranty. This is what was causing a vibration throughout the car. This is a known issue for the 09 and 10 GT-R's. The only concerns your dealership informed us: 1. Rear tires need replacing 2. Service fluids are due 3. Brake pads are low 4. No battery tie down present We asked for a complete buyers check and to see if any rust is found because we know this is common in the area.

We were not the selling dealership of the vehicle. The vehicle was brought to us prior to the sale by the selling dealer for a safety inspection. We performed a full pre-sale safety inspection of the vehicle and had addressed the issues the vehicle had. The GT-R is made from aluminum and carbon fiber which does not rust. Matt DeCormier did not sign off on the evaluation, as he does not work in service. Our technician who is also named Matt signed off on it. We have contacted the selling dealer regarding the buyers complaint and it was brought to our attention that the dealer offered the customer a FULL 100% refund on the car if he was not happy. The selling dealership had no problem taking the vehicle back and giving the customer back all of his money. Customer rejected his offer and said that he wants to keep the vehicle.
