If I had to find a negative it would be that they seemed to over-schedule the pick-up times for the vehicles. We had to wait for quite awhile to get through the process from person to person (sales, finance etc) but everyone was super friendly and apologetic. In the end we didn't get a run through of the features of the truck but we were OK with that. It's a truck....you put the key in and go. And we are sure if we have any questions in the future they will be right there to help us out. More
