I had my car towed to Bertera not knowing anything in the area, but did a Google search to find a Nissan shop within a reasonable towing distance. From beginning to end, I can't say enough how courteous, friendly, prompt & thorough John Upham was. Thank you to the tech who worked on my car whose name I do not have. I had my car back in just 2 business days (towed in on Friday night and my car was ready on Tuesday). Thank you so very much! You guys are awesome -Nancy (Rhode Island) More

I purchased a used Nissan NV 2500 out of state and when driving it back to Massachusetts noticed that the vehicle was all over the road. It made a long drive difficult!
