I waited for 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. There were no updates during my wait either. This is my 2nd negative review. 1st can’t be found on their site. I was lied to by the financial person Mike at Bertera Nissan. He told me that he could only give me $15k for my 1st can’t be found on their site. I was lied to by the financial person Mike at Bertera Nissan. He told me that he could only give me $15k for my trade due to an accident, Ice damage to windshield and hood from another vehicle, because they could only get $17k for it at resale with 1 accident. I went to there site the following week and my Jeep was list for more than 20k and no accident. Now they’re making all kinds of excuses for the diff in $. They said my breaks were seized, my engine was leaking, I received good discounts and low financing. Not Sure why they gave me $15k if my vehicle with < 42k miles was in such bad shape. Again just lies. Don’t trust what they say, go to another dealer or walk out the door if they don’t give u what you want. Tina G More
