Great communication :) THE SALES DEPARTMENT- I have other words for. DWAYNE, just an up-sellers of “tire and rim” service package. When it came time to use I had to advocate for myself and what I was SOLD when purchasing my 3rd Nissan just over two years ago. Super displeased with the lack of ownership and willing to negotiate price of tires. When I purchased my new Nissan Altima back on new years 2021 I wanted my BRAND NEW TIRES OFF MY 2018 Sentra that I had transmission troubles with and was wooed over by the tire and rim package “they were gifting me” in place! It’s all a huge up-sell SCAM. If it was not for the service department I would never come back. I can promise I will never purchase a car from this deal ship again! Thought the 3rd time would be the charm but boy was I wrong!! But A+ for Dennis and Caitlyn. More
