They included two free oil changes didn’t say a time limit I called for apt in time but All they had was Sept 21 told me I had to use it by 10th and didn’t give me my free oil change to keep price down limit I called for apt in time but All they had was Sept 21 told me I had to use it by 10th and didn’t give me my free oil change to keep price down they didn’t change filters I will not be back they put a sticker on it and I don’t even know if tires were rotated I won’t be back and they need to coordinate their call center seems they never know I had appointment 2nd time More

It seems like the work that was done was done correctly. That being said the customer service from this branch was severely lacking. Everyone was polite but they refused to properly communicate timelines an That being said the customer service from this branch was severely lacking. Everyone was polite but they refused to properly communicate timelines and my car ended up being at this dealership for over a month. They said I had an appointment for diagnostic on a Tuesday but when I called on a Wednesday the rep who answered and said they hadn’t even taken the keys out of the Dropbox. They didn’t even do the diagnostic for another week but would not give me a timeline on this. They then proceeded not call me back and not be available whenever I called in. Then when I was given a date for when the work would be done it was not. It was done about a week later but at no point was I called to communicate that it wouldn’t be done. I didn’t know the work was complete until I called in. More
