Staff are friendly at reception area. I feel bad they take the brunt of complaints when overall they care short staffed. That said, it was impossible to get an online appointment within several weeks. Ot More

Whoever the service manager on was in his office, chatting with different staff casually who came in and out. I personally would have either rolled up my sleeves and helped or occasionally come to waiting area to apologize for delays. , John Shaw
