Bait and switch. Advertised deal online is not available. Before going to Bertera Subaru I read their Yelp reviews which were OVERWHELMINGLY bad. However, they advertise ON THEIR WEBSITE a 2017 lease for a 2 Before going to Bertera Subaru I read their Yelp reviews which were OVERWHELMINGLY bad. However, they advertise ON THEIR WEBSITE a 2017 lease for a 2017 Subaru Legacy for $119 with $2600. I figured I'd give them a try. I went to the dealership and spoke with a salesperson who seemed genuinely surprised about this deal. He said, "On OUR website?" I said, "yes". We went to the website and he said, "Oh, those base models are out of stock... would you be willing to put down another $1000?" That's when I stood up and walked out. The ad for the 2017 is STILL UP ON THEIR WEBSITE AT THIS MOMENT. This is a classic bait and switch which is illegal. I will never go back to this dealer. More
