My husband and I have just bought our second Subaru from Issa at Bertera Subaru of Hartford. Issa has always been very good to us. We bought a 2012 Impreza and due to the situation in Japan with the earth Issa at Bertera Subaru of Hartford. Issa has always been very good to us. We bought a 2012 Impreza and due to the situation in Japan with the earthquakes and tsunami, the delivery of our car was delayed and Issa did all that he could to get us a car that we would be satisfied with and we certainly are. Had visited with them and later agreed to a price for a car over the phone. when they asked me to come in I drove over within 30 minutes. When I got there, they told me they had sold the 2011, but had 2012 car over the phone. when they asked me to come in I drove over within 30 minutes. They suggested a 2012 and after some thought decided to go that way since the new value package was available and a good deal. More
