Vaughn is the very best! man of his word Vaughn helped me get the vehicle of my dreams. Honestly at first I wasn't going to go in. I was going to be content with my current vehicle. But I awoke that morning, had nothing to do so I went just for the heck of it. Vaughn had told me I was approved but I was skeptical because of previous experience with other dealerships and car salesmen. I had found the vehicle I wanted online prior to going. So when I got there they still had the vehicle and it was love at first sight. Vaughn promised me I wouldn't have to be there long which was one of my pet peeves about buying a car. Well in a hour or less I was done and driving home in my new vehicle. He's truly a man of his word, plus he gave me great advice on improving my credit. The rest of the staff was professional just like Vaughn. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. No regrets and I would go to them again in the future! Happy customer I am! More

Great Experience! I never write reviews, but i felt inclined to after this experience with Best Chance Auto. It was incredible from the minute i walked in. Which i was very reluctant to do considering the level of my credit score. It's not easy, its actually kinda embarrassing having a score as low as mine, but i no point during my time there did i feel like i was being judged. Vaughn is an incredible guy. I don't even want to call him a salesman, even though he is, because it didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything. The whole experience felt like i was out with a couple friends talking about maybe purchasing a car. I ended up leaving with a fantastic car that i didn't even think i could come close to buying. Vaughn walked me through the entire process step by step, and explained every detail. I walked in thinking i could get a bottom of the line car, but left with an almost brand new, low mile awesome car with a payment i'm comfortable making each month. Honest, straight forward pricing We knew exactly what we wanted and called every dealership in the area that had it in stock, requesting their best price before we left the house. Scott Creason gave us that price over the phone, good enough to get us driving 80 miles out of the way in traffic. He had the vehicle ready for us and the price given over the phone was honored. We paid cash for the vehicle and drove it away relatively quickly. Tom McCabe was on site as well and helped to expedite the process, assisting by getting the vehicle washed, fueled up and ready to drive away. These were small above and beyond touches that weren't required, but were appreciated. All in all, a smooth, enjoyable buying experience. One caveate-the vehicle only came with one programmed key. We were told the other will likely come with the title, which would be great as they are fairly expensive to purchase and program. I'll update the review with the results accordingly. More

It was like he used intuition to pick out the car that would work for us before we even walked into the dealership. I did not feel pressured or pushed, and they worked with us on our down payment. They didn't treat us rudely, (as we have been before) because of our lack of credit. Tom even told us how to help it along for our future home purchase. 5 stars guys! With a bit of info up front they had a list of vehicles and lenders ready to go when we arrived at the dealership. After a quick discussion and look at the list of vehicles that would fit our needs we went out to the lot and did a test drive. The first car fit all our needs from size, options, price and better yet financing. They were so prepared before we arrived the whole process took 2 hours including the test drive. Quite simply it was the EASIEST car buying experience EVER!!! More
