They will offer you way less money for your trade than it is worth. Do not sign anything until you see all the final paperwork. Because they will change it after you already agreed on a vehicle price. They have no morals and should be ashamed that they are overcharging their customers $3000-4000 more than the agreed upon price. When I called them out on it they were willing to tell me the price and numbers were correct, I just didn't understand how they processed it. When I broke out the original deal side by side with the actual deal and emailed it to them I never heard from anybody again. Guess I'm not so stupid after all. For quality service Best Ford is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. Their mobile service is so convenient. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and had a very disappointing experience. After paying in full, I was only told that the dealership did not actually have the title and that I would receive it very disappointing experience. After paying in full, I was only told that the dealership did not actually have the title and that I would receive it within 3 days. That turned out to be untrue — I didn’t receive the title until 3 weeks later, after repeated phone calls and unclear explanations. At one point I was told about a 10-day bank hold, but only well after the sale. The financial manager was extremely difficult to reach during this process, rarely returning calls and providing little transparency. In the end, I had to drive over an hour to the dealership just to pick up the title myself because communication had broken down. The dealership offered me $100 in “goodwill compensation” only after I pushed for it. While I accepted it, it doesn’t come close to covering the costs and inconvenience caused by their lack of honesty and poor customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Be cautious and make sure you confirm they actually have the title before completing a purchase. More
