My experience with Best Ford in Nashua was once again the “Best”. Pun intended, of course. However, it is true. Everyone is very friendly and very efficient. This time I bought new tires and had a recall tak “Best”. Pun intended, of course. However, it is true. Everyone is very friendly and very efficient. This time I bought new tires and had a recall taken care of. I came away with the feeling that I was treated well and the work was done right. I highly recommend getting your car serviced at Best Ford. More
My car had a problem with the tire pressure sensor. I scheduled an appointment, they installed a new sensor, and as soon as I drove the car again, the light came back on. It feels like they don't know I scheduled an appointment, they installed a new sensor, and as soon as I drove the car again, the light came back on. It feels like they don't know what the real problem is, they're just guessing. Meanwhile, I'm paying a lot for replacement parts and for Uber because I don't have my car. More

I had my my Engine replaced under warranty at Best ford. I brought it back 3 months later for an oil change, an engine light that had just come on prompting the visit and a possible exhaust manifold leak. After evaluation, they told me the battery terminal was loose for the engine light, odd because I had checked them before I brought it in; and the manifold had indeed loosened which they tightened. They also wanted to know when I had the battery changed(which I had done about a year earlier). The service agent questioned whether someone had tampered with the battery since and I said no. and I asked the rhetorical question , didnt you have to disconnect the battery before you changed the motor. We left it at that and I paid for the Oil change and they covered the rest. I no sooner drove the truck out of the parking lot and the Engine light came back on. I took it back and after a day or so they told me it was the alternator, not covered under warranty, and the part alone was $1350. I balked at the price and argued that the alternator only failed after they had performed the work and it should have been covered under warranty. They offered an aftermarket for a $1000 installed which I also balked at. I told them ,I would have the truck repaired elsewhere and took the truck back. The service agent commented as I left that you really cant trust those aftermarket alternators which I replied well I only got 45K mils on the one you wanted to replace so I guess I'll take my chances. They called me the next day and said they had reconsidered because it could possibly have been their fault.and offered to replace it. They would cover the cost of labor and I would pay their cost for the replacement part(which was still significant.. I had already dropped the truck off elsewhere and declined. My Mechanic took pictures of the alternator, which wasn't even connected when they returned it. The insulator around the terminal of the alternator was badly melted and the terminal showed evidence of significant arcing. His comment was the cable had not been properly tightened causing the arcing. I sent pictures to Best Ford and requested that they reimbursement me for "my replacement cost" of $450. They never responded. I realize that my vehicle was not a money maker for them but I cant help but believe that they knew that they had caused the problem and were unwilling to eat the cost, never figuring that I would take the truck back and discover the truth.
