Talen, the Salesperson was fine, except at one point he tried to have me sign a document that I was transferring my extended warranty on my trade-in, which I was not. The Finance Manager. Jeff Poisson, was okay, somewhat disappointed he didn't listen when we said we only wanted the vehicle and nothing added, He proceeded to try to upsell and then got another Finance Manager to come in saying he had to enter a special code, since we declined coverage. The other Finance Manager l Sean Kirchner, came in and he was aggressive and persistent about adding warranty and other products. Didn't listen to what we did and did not want. Tried to adjust all the numbers and present it as a great deal. They also never actually showed the cost of the add-ons, they kept trying to sell the payment, never mind they increased my payment AND extended the term. I finally had to tell them to just give me my paperwork without anything else, so we could finalize the deal. More
When I asked about a loaner they had said there would be a rental cost. Stephanie then offered me the pick up and drop off service. It was the best thing ever. I was overall satisfied because I got the vehicle that I wanted at a fair price and a fair financing option. However, the process was tedious and inefficient for the following shenanigans: 1. We had to play the old game of talk to the salesperson and then he goes to talk to the man behind the curtain. Early in this game, the salesperson tried to get me to sign a statement saying that I would buy a vehicle today. This was before we discussed any specific numbers. After telling him that I wouldn't sign it, he tried to coerce me into signing it. 2. The finance manager tried repeatedly to sell me service plans and extended warranty plans after I told him that I wasn't interested. When he gave up, his boss came in and did the same thing. My time is valuable and I don't appreciate it being wasted in this manner. 3. They told me that they would take care of the insurance and registration, then email the registration to me and mail me the plates. They didn't contact my insurance agent until I called and prompted them 2 days later. After not receiving a registration or plates for 6 days, I called them. It took me 4 phone calls to them over 4 days to get my plates. More
