The process at the dealership was great. Sales person was helpful and the process was overall pleasant. We received our first free oil change and service call at our location. Nice touch however, The engine light was on and not addressed. If they changed the oil they never left a sticker saying when we need to change again. I have called four times about the issues and have received zero call backs after speaking to someone in service twice. More

I had a set appointment to try out a vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Daniel who listened to what I was interested in, had a vehicle read to go in minutes and off we went Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Daniel who listened to what I was interested in, had a vehicle read to go in minutes and off we went for a test drive. No pressure. Conversation with the intent to make sure I get what I want. I worked with several of the staff that day but Daniel really stuck out. Engaging and knowledgeable. He made the experience and was a big reason why I punched a new truck from Best Ford in Nashua. All around a pleasant experience and nothing like you would expect when vehicle shopping. I would highly recommend Best Ford dealership in Nashua because of their staff, the general look and feel of the dealership and the inventory. More
