I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and had a very disappointing experience. After paying in full, I was only told that the dealership did not actually have the title and that I would receive it very disappointing experience. After paying in full, I was only told that the dealership did not actually have the title and that I would receive it within 3 days. That turned out to be untrue — I didn’t receive the title until 3 weeks later, after repeated phone calls and unclear explanations. At one point I was told about a 10-day bank hold, but only well after the sale. The financial manager was extremely difficult to reach during this process, rarely returning calls and providing little transparency. In the end, I had to drive over an hour to the dealership just to pick up the title myself because communication had broken down. The dealership offered me $100 in “goodwill compensation” only after I pushed for it. While I accepted it, it doesn’t come close to covering the costs and inconvenience caused by their lack of honesty and poor customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Be cautious and make sure you confirm they actually have the title before completing a purchase. More
