If I could give zero stars, I would. About 11 months ago I came to Best Ford in tears because the car I was driving was no longer safe, especially with young children. I explained tha About 11 months ago I came to Best Ford in tears because the car I was driving was no longer safe, especially with young children. I explained that I was a mom and needed a reliable vehicle to safely get my kids to school and activities. I spent hours at the dealership while the terms of the sale were changed multiple times before I finally left with a 2020 Kia Soul that I trusted would be dependable. Now, less than a year later, the engine has completely failed. I am once again left without a safe vehicle and unable to even drive my children to and from school. When a family puts their trust in a dealership during a stressful situation, they expect to be treated fairly and sold a vehicle that will last longer than 11 months. I am asking Best Ford to step up and help make this situation right. Selling a vehicle that experiences catastrophic engine failure in under a year has left my family in an incredibly difficult position. I hope the dealership will do the right thing and help resolve this issue. More
