I found his manner dismissive and condescending, and as a woman, I felt talked down to. The car was described as ‘as is,’ even though they also confirmed a 30-day or 1,000-mile warranty. Asking them to explain that and address the vehicle’s condition should not have been a problem. When I asked to speak with his boss, I was told he wouldn’t come downstairs. I asked whether he thought he was Oz. Customers should not have to plead for an audience with management. The unwillingness to discuss concerns, the attitude, and the poor customer service cost them my confidence. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. Run, don’t walk, away from this dealership—and read the other reviews before considering a visit. More
