Warranty repair took longer than estimated but Betten Baker did deliver it when done. Unfortunately there was brake fluid splattered all over the under the master cylinder that leaked on the frame and ev Baker did deliver it when done. Unfortunately there was brake fluid splattered all over the under the master cylinder that leaked on the frame and eventually on my epoxy coated garage floor. I had to take it to the coin operated car wash to wash under the master cylinder and to wash the frame under it. When I was checking to see where the fluid was coming from I found that the vent tube for the front differential was not attached to anything and was just floating around like a loose stick. Apparently the new master cylinder mounting flange was thicker than the old one and the vent either couldn’t be reattached to the master cylinder mounting bolt because it wasn’t long enough or it came off in the time it took to get from the dealership to my house. I took off one of the master cylinder mounting bolts and added a bracket to hold the vent. This might just be a Ford issue in not providing a proper method of reattaching the vent hose, but it should never have left the dealership that way and the vehicle should never have left the dealership with brake fluid all over everything. Additionally I was t left any paperwork on the repair so I can’t specifically say who I worked with. I will list the individual below that I know as one of the service advisors so that I can submit this survey. I don’t like submitting a survey with this kind of criticize, but the warranty work was so sloppily done that I will not return for service to Betten Baker. More

Today I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change went great and they checked all fluids. Due to lug nut issues, they could not do the tire rotation but they ordered me new lug nuts to have i change went great and they checked all fluids. The service manager said he would call me back but hasn't yet. Twice I've had my speedometer reset under warranty, it's currently working but I'm afraid it'll stop working the minute is off warranty because yet.
